It’s not long until Easter!  Once again, we would like to add to the beauty of Christ UMC Jacobus on Easter morning with special Easter flowers.

We invite you to place your plants in Honor of, Memory of, or Presented by

The deadline to order has been extended to Sunday, March 1st!  We would appreciate payment for the plants when ordered, if at all possible.  All checks should be made out to Christ United Methodist Church.  Any orders received after March 1st must be made directly to Mr. Olp at (717) 428-2357.
Please complete the form online using the "Order Now" button below, or order using your bulletin insert, placing it in the offering plate or returning it to the church office by March 1.

Make Crafts, Have Fun, Help Others

Our next Craft Night for Missions will be held on Tuesday, March 10th, at 6:00 PM in the fellowship hall.  We’re getting lots of new ideas for crafts and would welcome more hands to create these pieces.  We still need used Christmas cards, but are especially in need of used all-occasion cards: get well, happy birthday, thinking of you, sympathy, along with Valentine, Easter, Halloween, and Thanksgiving cards.  Wait 'tillyou see what we do with these!  We will hold a special session in April to make “doggie bones.”   Be watching for details in the April newsletters.

A Celebration of Our Veterans

Christ UMC Jacobus is excited to announce that they will be hosting a Quilts of Valor Patriotic Concert on Sunday, March 1, 2015 at 3:00 PM.

This celebration of our veterans will be held at the church, which is located at 200 North Main Street in Jacobus.

We hope that you will join us and that you will bring your friends and family for this beautiful expression of honor and thanks for our veterans.

Tulips (6 Bulbs) — $8.75 (name your color)

Mums — $9.50 (lavender, yellow, white)

Sunday School Volunteers Needed!

With Sue and Paula  being out of commission, we are in great need of individuals to help serve as Sunday School helpers and teachers for the grade school children.  Please consider making a difference in the lives of our young people by serving in some way.
