November is upon us, and we begin to think of the delicious turkey most of us will enjoy at Thanksgiving. Not everybody will have that opportunity or even have a meal. That is why we set up November 23 as Harvest Home Sunday.
Because we receive regular donations of non-perishable items from local organizations, we are currently in need of cash donations so that those in need can purchase perishables such as milk, bread, meat, etc.
We will be collecting your donations this week and next, which will be received during worship by means of a money tree. Bring your gifts with grateful hearts, and we will see that it is delivered to those in need this holiday season.
